It was common for him to be picked on in school and, being known as a Spider-Man enthusiast, he referred to himself as the Spider-Man's alter-ego, Peter Parker. After attending several different schools, such as Priory Preparatory School and City of London Freemen's School He went to Central School of Speech and Drama and the University of London where he received his degree in 2004. The desire to act grew after realizing he wasn't so interested in studying business anymore. In 2005, he began the career of a professional actor, and was featured in "Sugar Rush," the British show. In the following year the actor was cast in his first lead character in the film "Boy A." as an unruly boy who is trying to come back from a life in prison. Alongside "The Social Network" in which he was the principal role in the film "The Amazing Spider-Man". Additionally, he was selected in the year 2016 as an actor who played the role of the classic film "Silence". The actor has been awarded numerous prizes such as The BAFTA Award for Best Actor, Tony Award and A.A.C.T.A. Following his appearance in Hacksaw Ridge He was given the award for "Best Actor".
